Don’t Quit

Don’t Quit

We’ve all been here, right? Wondering if we’ve made the right decision, wondering if we should go back to our 9-5 job.

Being an entrepreneur is a lonely road, but it’s one you really must take alone. There will be people there to support you and cheer you along. But only you know the anxiety, the “what if” questions that circle around in your head.

I want to assure you that we’ve all been there at some point, and for a lot of us, we’ve been there multiple times. The difference is that some people quit, and some people keep pushing through.

Yes, being an entrepreneur is hard, especially during those first few years that you are trying to learn the business, get your feet wet, build your client list, and get a grasp of all the things that need to be done. Yes, it’s difficult keeping a budget and trying to figure out what expenses are a priority and what can be put on the back burner.

There are many reasons why you first decided to be an entrepreneur. Remind yourself of those reasons when things get tough. There’s not a lot of advice I can give, because every entrepreneur is dealing with unique and personal stresses and reasons for why they’ve reached the breaking point.

I’m just here to remind you that you’re not alone. Don’t quit, don’t give up on your dreams. Nothing worth having comes easy, and savoring the journey to get to the top is the best part. Being able to watch yourself grow and become the best version of yourself is beautiful, but it’s hard. It’s supposed to be. Just keep reminding yourself that anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
